What to bring

Tidal Waters Sport Fishing License: Bring a paper copy (both pages) for each person. Electronic licenses are not accepted due to lack of cell reception in fishing areas.

  • Food and Drinks: Pack for the day. A BBQ is available on the boat.

  • Clothing: Wear warm clothes and bring raingear.

  • Seasickness Medication: Take Gravol the night before and the morning of the trip for best results. It’s less effective if taken after feeling sick.

  • Cooler: Bring a large cooler (50L+) to transport fish from the boat to the processor and home. Leave the cooler in your vehicle until the end of the day. Fish bags are provided if needed.

Multi-Day Fishing Trips (Overnight on the Boat)

  • Tidal Waters Sport Fishing License: Bring a paper copy (both pages) for each person. Electronic licenses are not accepted due to lack of cell reception.

  • Food and Drinks: Pack for the duration. A BBQ, propane cook stove, plates, and cutlery are provided. Store dry food in Rubbermaid bins for roof storage. Limit to one cooler for cold food. A large cooler for fish (on ice) and another for food are provided.

  • Sleeping Gear: Bring a sleeping bag and pillow.

  • Clothing: Wear warm clothes and bring raingear.

  • Seasickness Medication: Take Gravol the night before and the morning of the trip for best results. It’s less effective if taken after feeling sick.

  • Coolers: Bring two large coolers (70L+) to transport fish from the boat to the processor and home. Leave coolers in your vehicle until the end of the day. Fish bags are provided if needed.
